Annual Title I Advisory Meeting Dates

  • The Hickman Mills C-1 School District values parent and community involvement in the educational process and believes that a strong partnership between home and school results in higher success for students. The District and each Title I school will hold annual Title I meetings during the fall and spring of each school year. In the fall, copies of the current district and site level Title I Parental Involvement Plans will be distributed and parents will be informed of new Title I guidelines and the variations from the previous year’s program. The district and site level Title I Parental Involvement Plans will also be disseminated through other avenues such as during enrollment and Back to School activities, as well as the District website.  During the spring meetings, the outcomes of Title I programs from the current year will be evaluated and reviewed, and plans will begin for the following school year with revisions made to the Home-School Learning Compacts and Parental Involvement Plans.
